we are constantly declaring where our attention flows in the directions we point our words. there are three ways of pointing - three movements ive found useful to notice. they are:
{0} - i am, is, insistence
{1} - i am not, is not, negation
{ฯ} - you are, that is, projection, assumption
where we touch with our words is where we are directing our energy. what we talk about is that which we are attending to. when we proclaim our being we direct more of our energy into our being. when talk about what โis notโ we direct more of our energy into the not, enlarging it. and when we touch what is out there with a โyou areโ or โthat isโ we cast our energy onto another person or structure external to us.
these patterns of attention create the texture of our perception, and the textures of our perception drive our lives.
This is very good
i like that you're refining these thoughts in as few words as possible
to give attention is to attend, to give breath. breath is prana, energy (newen)
so what we breathe into, regardless of the intention is what we cultivate ~ good or bad
which is also why i avoid these labels such as non-duality or non-something..
as we use them we will only cultivate the non-that
